I felt so badly that you were inconvenienced that we sent our upholsterer Rich to you to see if he could fix the recliners by reworking their original parts. He gave it his best effort, but finally had to admit that the only way to remedy the issue would be with an installation of new parts. And so you and I were made to wait...

Highly recommend Home Living Furniture. We usually shop the bigger brands but we stopped there on a whim and we found exactly what we were looking for.
